How do I receive the pictures
We send you the digital files attached to an email. If you also require hard copy prints we can supply these as a set of 6" x 4" prints at a cost of £7 for printing plus postage and packing.
How long do I have to wait to receive them?
This very much depends on the location involved. We try to combine our location shoots to minimise the travel costs involved which means we can provide you with a more economical service, but we try to supply your photography to you witin six weeks of your order confirmation.
What if I don't know what is available to photograph at a particular location.
We would normally expect you to have a good idea of the photography you require, but if in fact you're not sure of what we will find, we can conduct some research of the area before go to the location. This research is chargeable at £15.00 and will give you an indication of what we should expect to find.
How big an enlargement can I make from your photographic file?
We shoot images of 16Mb which is sufficient to enlarge a photo to 15" x 12" (40 x 30 cms).
Can I have more than ten photographs
Given your interest in a particular area we can take as many images as you require, that is if the subject matter exists.
Who takes your photographs?
We have a fully qualified professional photographer on our staff who will always get the best results from a location shoot. If you are not satisfied with your photographic package we will give you a complete refund.
